One of our long time clients sought to overhaul their preferred dealer program, through which dealers would receive personalized printed materials for free. Instead of a paper-based ordering system, which often took too long and left many dealers without their printed material at the end of the year, Pretty Incredible created a web-based system that streamlined the customization and approval process. The overhaul increased efficiency so much that the entire process paid for itself; dealers received their personalized materials more quickly, with zero net increase in cost to the client.
